    Dear Giuseppe,

Please allow me to send the Earth Charter document to you. From the Earth Charter Institute I am so happy ethic is a major topic in geoscience. The charter is an ethical framework, a compass, to guide people, communities, organisations towards a more just, sustainable, peaceful society. It has 16 principles under the four pillars; respect and care for the community of life, ecological integrity,  social and economic. justice, democracy nonviolence and peace.
It would be fantastic if we could be part of your conference, however, we do not have the funds to participate. But please consider using the Earth Charter (the peoples document as is has been drafted based on input from thousands of people from all around the globe) as the ethical compass throughout your conference. If you need more information or want to talk to me, don't hesitate to reach out.

    Warm regards,

    Irma Verhoeven
