The Future Earth Knowledge-Action Network on Systems of Sustainable Consumption and Production is co-sponsoring a workshop in collaboration with the Gulf Research Center at the University of Cambridge on July 15-18, 2019. Part of a larger annual conference with sessions devoted to fourteen different themes related to policy making for the Gulf region, the workshop will feature more than a dozen presentations on sustainable consumption and production in countries in North Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Other sponsors include Goldman Sachs, Cooperation Council for the Arab Gulf States, K Corporation, Nesma, National Council of United States-Arab Relations, Anglo-Omani Society, Bahamdan, Jamal Omar Development Company, and Al Fozan Holding Company.
