1.  Phishing messages from the Open Network

Posted 5 days ago
Hello,

Please disregard any messages from a "Laura Ralph."  This is a malicious phishing attempt that asks you to email an external email account.

Over the weekend, several accounts were created with the name "Laura Ralph," and I have disabled them all.  I've also adjusted the security settings so that I will have to approve every account that gets created.

I apologize for the nuisance that this has caused.

Thank you all those who brought this to our attention.  Please inform me if you receive any other suspicious messages.

Thank You Laurel
I received a message from the so called Laura Ralph and though I suspected something i wrote back to know the purpose of the message, just for the benefit of the doubt. Do you think it can expose my email to hacking?
Best
