The fifth edition of the inno4sd.net Symposium is organised by the Innovation for Sustainable Development Network in collaboration with the European Commission (DG RTD), Mexican Ministry of Foreign Affairs (tbc), Universidad Iberoamericana, Sustainable Development Solutions Network. Green Growth Knowledge Platform, CISAI, Greenmomentum, REMECID, McGill University, GODAN, the Inter-American Development Bank, among others. The Mexican non-for profit entity Nacional Monte de Piedad has provided a very much valued sponsorship for the organisation of the event. On the 13th of November inno4sd.net will hold a high-level policy forum at the Mexican Congress on the role of public policies to support science and innovation in achieving the sustainable development goals (SDGs), with a particular focus on inclusive and green innovation, circular economy and sustainable and healthy food systems. The 14th and 15th of November will be dedicated to an open science-policy dialogue between networks of academics, policy makers and practitioners. Lessons learnt on social innovation and financing are a central element of the agenda of this dialogue.
